Our Beliefs

Our Vision, Our Mission, and Statement of Faith

For Alcuin’s to be a school which is a Christ-centred learning community, cultivating knowledge, wisdom, and virtue for life.

We seek to serve students, families and churches of the North East of England by providing an affordable, independent, Christian, classical education for children ages 4-16.

Students – We seek to educate ‘the head’, through the best of what has been thought and said, ‘the heart’, on christian teaching and wisdom, and ‘the hands’ of our students through formative opportunities.

Families – We partner with parents and work alongside them to educate their children.

Churches – We serve the church by nurturing the next generation, so that the school will enrich the church and the church will enrich the school.
